The present application has been filed with the prayer to grant anticipatory bail to the applicants in Case Crime No. 305 of 2023, under Sections 147, 323, 504, 506, 308, 336, 324, 325 of I.P.C., Police Station- Bhopa, District- Muzaffarnagar. 2. After arguing the matter at some length, Sri Dharmendra Pratap Singh, counsel for the applicants prays for withdrawal of the present bail application with liberty to the applicants to file regular bail application before the Court of competent jurisdiction. 3.
