By means of this writ petition, petitioner has sought the following reliefs:- “I) Issue a writ, order or direction in nature of certiorari allowing the present butto petition in favor of the petitioner and against the respondent, while setting aside the impugned order of cancellation dated 15.07.2023 passed by the respondent (annexed at Annexure no. 15), being illegal, arbitrary and unlawful, and/or, II) Issue a writ, order or direction in nature of certiorari while setting aside the impugned order for cancellation dated 12.08.2025 (annexed at Annexure no. 26) and 19.08.2025 (annexed at Annexure no. 27), and/or: III), Issue a writ, order or direction in nature of mandamus while directing the respondent to cease in taking the physical possession of the plot/unit leased in favor of the petitioner vide lease deed dated 30.11.2005, and/or: IV) Issue a writ, order or direction in nature of mandamus and direct the respondent to open the online platform of the petitioner on the respondent website, such that the petitioner could be able to continue the necessary payments like lease rent, etc., and/or.” 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has made a representation to the Managing Director, SIIDCUL on 12.08.2025, who may be directed to take decision thereupon. 5. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of with a direction to the Managing Director, SIIDCUL to take decision on the pending representation of the petitioner, as per law, within eight weeks from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order.
