Sharma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam for the State. 2. Apprehending his arrest, the petitioner, namely, Anar Hussain, son of Nurujjaman, resident of village-Pub-Sualani, Police Station-Rupahi, District-Nagaon has filed the connected AB No. 3443/2024 under Section 482 BNS, 2023 seeking pre-arrest bail in Nagaon Police Station Case No. 1185/2024 registered under Section 303(2) of the BNS, 2023, corresponding to G.R. No. 4074/2024. 3. The Court by order dated 10.01.2025 passed in said AB No. 3443/2024 while calling for the case diary of said Nagaon P.S. Case No. 1185/2024 granted interim pre-arrest bail to the applicant/petitioner in said Nagaon P.S. Case No. 1185/2024 directing him to appear before the concerned Investigating Officer of said Nagaon P.S. Case No. 1185/2024 on or before 16.01.2025, fixing the matter on 11.02.2025. 4. As after 10.01.2025 the Court remained closed on the occasion of Magh Bihu, there was a delay in procuring the certified copy of the said order dated 10.01.2025, passed by the Court earlier in said AB No. 3443/2024. 5. Hence, the petitioner, as applicant has filed this application for extension of some time, enabling him to appear before the concerned Investigating Officer of said Nagaon P.S. Case No. 1185/2024 as the date of his appearance on 16.01.2025 before the concerned Investigating Officer of said Nagaon P.S. Case No. 1185/2024 has already elapsed. 6. Mr. B. Sharma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam does not have any objection in extension of such time for appearance of the applicant/petitioner before the concerned Investigating Officer of said Nagaon P.S. Case No. 1185/2024. 7. Considering the above, the applicant/petitioner, namely, Anar Hussain, son of Page No.# 3/3 Nurujjaman is directed to appear before the concerned Investigating Officer of said Nagaon P.S. Case No. 1185/2024 on or before 04.02.2025 without fail, in terms of the order dated 10.01.2025, passed earlier in said AB No. 3443/2024. 8. Accordingly, this Interlocutory Application stands allowed to the extent above. 9. This order shall be read together with the order dated 10.01.2025, passed earlier in the connected AB No. 3443/2024.
