Petitioners by means of present writ petition have assailed the impugned order dated 01.04.2025 passed by the learned prescribed authority/Civil Judge (Junior Division), Kanpur Nagar in Rent Case No.1370 of 2020 (Smt. Kamrun Nisha and others Vs. Smt. Yasmeen Bano @ Smt. Momina Bano) u/s 21(1) of U.P. Urban Buildings (Regulation of Letting, Rent and Eviction) Act, 1972." 3. Against the impugned order, there is provision of filing statutory appeal under Section 22 of U.P. Urban Buildings (Regulation of Letting, Rent and Eviction) Act, 1972. 4. Since the petitioner has remedy of appeal under Section 22 of U.P. Urban Buildings (Regulation of Letting, Rent and Eviction) Act, 1972, present petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioners to avail appropriate remedy available to them under the law.
