This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed at the instance of the petitioner with a prayer to modify the cause title of the order dated 16.01.2025 passed in W.P. (Cr.) No. 1062 of 2024 by this Court to the extent with respect to the petitioner’s age, father’s name and address in the said cause title. It is next submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that after passing of the said order, the petitioner approached the Additional Judicial Commissioner -II, Ranchi for release of N P Bore pistol with three live cartridges and only at that time the petitioner came to know about the typographical error being the petitioner’s age, father’s name and address has wrongly been mentioned. It is further submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in the cause title of W.P. (Cr.) No. 1062 of 2024, the age, father’s name and address of the petitioner have wrongly been mentioned as 30 years, s/o Chandreswar Kumar Mehta, r/o P.O.+P.S.-Jagarnathpur, Dist.-Ranchi (Jharkhand) though in page no. 34 i.e. Annexure-4 series and Annexure-5, in the identity card, the father’s name has been mentioned as Shiva Nand Tiwari and his date of birth has been mentioned as 01.10.1983 which shows his age to be 42 years and his address is r/o Awadh Puri Saket Nagar, Hinoo, Doranda, P.O.+P.S.-Doranda, Dist.- Ranchi (Jharkhand). Hence, it is submitted that the cause title of the order dated 16.01.2025 passed in W.P. (Cr.) No. 1062 of 2024 be modified accordingly. Learned counsel for the State has no serious objection. Considering the aforesaid fact of the case, the cause title of the order dated 16.01.2025 passed in W.P. (Cr.) No. 1062 of 2024 is modified by substituting the age of the petitioner from 30 years to 42 years and also substituting his father’s name from Chandreswar Kumar Mehta to Shiva Nand Tiwari as well as by substituting the address from r/o P.O.+P.S.-Jagarnathpur, Dist.-Ranchi (Jharkhand) to r/o Awadh Puri Saket Nagar, Hinoo, Doranda, P.O.+P.S.-Doranda, Dist.-Ranchi (Jharkhand). Registry is directed to also make necessary correction in the CIS in respect to W.P. (Cr.) No. 1062 of 2024 as well. This criminal miscellaneous petition is disposed of accordingly.
