JUSTICE RAJESH KUMAR VERMA ORAL ORDER 2 08-08-2025 Heard Mr. Tribhuwan Narayan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Khurshid Anwar, learned A.P.P. for the State. 2. The present modification application has been filed for modification (extension of time) of the order dated 07.05.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 77161 of 2024. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was not present in the State of Bihar and hence, he could not surrender in terms of the order dated 07.05.2025. He further submits that the petitioner has given undertaking that he shall deposit Rs. 3,000/- per month in the bank account of Opposite Party No. 2. Patna High Court CR. MISC. In view of the aforesaid, petitioner is directed to produce a certificate which suggest that he has deposited Rs. 3,000/- from the month of May to August, 2025 in the bank account of Opposite Party No. 2 at the time of furnishing bail bonds granted in terms of order dated 07.05.2025. 5. In view of the above, the time for surrender of petitioner, namely, Chhotu Yadav and furnishing bail bonds granted in terms of order dated 07.05.2025 passed in Cr. Misc.
