The petitioner is alleged to have enticed the niece of the informant to leave her lawful guardianship with the intention to marry her. Statement of the victim has been recorded under section 183 of B.N.S.S, in which he has stated that she was having affairs with the petitioner and she has left her lawful guardianship according to her own wish. This appears to be a case of adolescent love affairs between the parties.
