JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 2 31-07-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State . 2. Petitioners apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 191 ( 2 ), 191 (3) , 190, 115 ( 2 ), 109 (1) , 121 (1) , 121 ( 2 ), 132 and 324 (5) of the BNS. 3 . As per the prosecution case , informant alleged that on 07.02.2025 , he got information that there was a quarrel between two community near Village – Abhiya Chowk Hanuman Mandir and upon such information , when informant along with other police official reached at the place of occurrence and tried to pacify the matter between two groups of Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47028 of 2025(2) dt.31-07-2025 2/2 communities then both the communities clashed and scuffled with police party and assaulted them and as such, accused persons created hindrance in discharge of their official duty . 4. Considering the fact that accused persons assaulted police officials due to which they sustained injuries and also created hindrance in discharge of their official duty , prayer for pre – arrest bail of these petitioners is rejected.
