JMIC, Chandigarh, (NACT-2548-2022) (Annexure P-1). Learned State Counsel has informed the Court that the accused namely Ravi has been arrested and handed over to PO Staff, Chandigarh. In light of the above submission, no cause of action survives in the present petition. Hence, the present petition is disposed of accordingly. However, the petitioner would be at liberty to take any other legal remedy available as per law.
