Heard Mr. M. Hussain, learned counsel for the applicants. The present Interlocutory application has been instituted by the applicants herein, praying for correction of typographical error occasioned in the order dated 10.01.2025, passed by this Court in BA No. 28/2025.
Page No.# 2/2 In the said order dated 10.01.2025, it has been noted that the petitioners were granted “pre-arrest bail” whereas; the petitioners were required to be granted “regular bail”. Having noticed the above position, this Court hereby directs that the words
“pre-arrest bail” wherever occasioning in the order dated 10.01.2025 shall be read as “regular bail” and the matter be proceeded accordingly. This order shall be treated as a part of the order dated 10.01.2025 and would be read with the said order for all intent and purpose. In view of the above, the Interlocutory application stands disposed of.
