As per the report received from the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Mainpuri as well as the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Firozabad, all the appellants in the instant appeal have died. A report in this regard has also been submitted by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Police Station Jasrana, District Firozabad. 2. With regard to death of appellant no.1, Gandhi s/o Mewa Ram, along with a report of the Sub-Inspector, a certificate has also been issued by Village Pradhan, Saroja Devi confirming the factum of death of appellant no.1 Gandhi. So far as respondent nos. 2 and 3 are concerned, along with the report of the Sub-Inspector, P.S. Jasrana, a certificate has also been given by the Village Pradhan, Pooja Devi and Village Pradhan Babita, confirming the death of appellant no.2, Sardar and appellant no.3 Ram Swarup, respectively. 3. In view thereof, since all the appellants are reported to be dead, this appeal is abated with regard to the all appellants. 4. Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed as abated. 5. Since all the appellants in the instant appeal as well as in the connected appeals have died and the appeals have been abated, the lower Court records shall be sent back to the Trial Court.
