Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that based on report given by the petitioner, police have registered a case in Crime No.43 of 2025 of Krosuru Police Station, Palnadu District for the offences punishable under Sections 118(1), 115(2) and 351(2) read with 3(5) BNS. 3. Recording the said submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
