Learned counsel for the petitioners fairly submits that since there is a subsequent Government Order dated 28.6.2024, which appears to be in favour of the petitioners and therefore, prays that this writ petition may be disposed of with liberty to approach concerned respondent to seek benefit of said Government Order. 3. Considering the fair submission made by learned counsel for the petitioners, without entering into the merits of the case, this writ petition is disposed of aforesaid liberty. The respondents will consider whether in given circumstances said Government Order is applicable to petitioners or not, by a reasoned order on basis of a fresh representation.
