The learned counsel appearing for the fourth respondent submits that the Tamilnadu Waqf Board has no objection for the same. 3. As all the properties are managed and administered under the supervision of the Wakf Board, which has no objection for the petitioner to discharge his duties, necessary protection may be given to the petitioner by the third respondent. 4. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. The third petitioner is at liberty to review the security if any, given to the petitioner. No costs.
