Issue a writ in the nature of Certiorari quashing the proceedings in Case ID:RRTDisp/67/2025-567 pending before R3 vide Annexure-L. b. A writ in the nature of mandamus directing the R3 to enter name of the petitioners in ROR based on sale deed 08.07.2025 vide Annexure-G. c. Issue such other reliefs as this Hon’ble Court deems fit in the circumstances of the case. 3. The Petitioners are challenging the notice dated 17.7.2025 at Annexure-L. The Petitioners have already replied to the same on 31.7.2025, which is pending consideration before Respondent No.3. It would be for the Respondent No.3 to consider the said reply of the Petitioners and pass necessary orders in accordance with law by providing suitable reasons.
