Case No.29 of 2024, for the offence registered under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Jamtara. The deceased Bandana Bauri was murdered in her matrimonial home. It appears that there is specific allegation against the petitioner that he strangulated her. It was submitted that the trial of the case is going on and the prosecution has examined as many as seven witnesses. Considering the nature of allegation and the fact that the trial is going on, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected. Learned Trial Court shall expedite the trial. (Ambuj Nath, J.) BS/-
