2. Without going into the maintainability of the present petition, the present petition is being disposed of on the basis of concession made by the learned counsel for the respondents-Bank based on instructions imparted by the respondents-Bank.
3. Learned counsel for the respondents-Bank submits that insofar as bank account details whereof have been given in Annexure P-7 (page 45 of the paper book), as on date there is nothing overdue in the said account. However, learned counsel for the respondents-Bank

2 submits that with respect to the CC Limit taken by the present petitioners, as on date there exists an overdue amount of Rs.10.5 lacs. Learned counsel for the respondents-Bank submits that if in case the petitioners are ready and willing to deposit the entire overdue amount against the said CC Limit within a period of six weeks from today, then the respondents-Bank would not be precipitating the matter any further in terms of Annexure P-3 (dated 03.01.2025).

Learned Senior Counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, submits that his clients are ready and willing to deposit the overdue amount against the CC Limit i.e. Rs.10.5 lacs as on date, within a period of six weeks from today. Learned Senior Counsel for the petitioners submits that half of the amount would be deposited within four weeks from today and the balance would be deposited within two weeks thereafter.
In view thereof, the present petition is disposed of and so also the pending miscellaneous applications, if any.
