JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 2 09-09-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State. 2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109, 303(2), 352 and 351(2) & 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita. 3. On account of land dispute, on 14.03.2025 at 4 PM, all the 14 F.I.R. named accused persons including this petitioner assaulted informant and other family members. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that specific accusation of assault is against other co-accused persons. There is general and omnibus allegation against these petitioners. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. 1st, Siwan / concerned Court in connection with Basantpur P.S.
