Learned counsel for the revisionist-applicant submitted that as applicant-revisionist and opposite party no. 2 who are husband and wife have settled their dispute, therefore, the instant withdrawal application filed by the applicant-revisionist to withdraw the revision may be allowed and the instant revision filed by the revisionist may be withdrawn. 3.
