Learned State Counsel has submitted that a speaking order has already been passed in the representation dated 17.05.2025 (Annexure P-5) by the authorities concerned and undertakes that a copy of the same be furnished to counsel for the petitioners during the course of the day. In light of the above, counsel for the petitioner does not wish to press this petition further.
