Learned Standing Counsel appears for the State-respondents. 2. The petitioners seek a direction for expediting the representation dated 13.1.2025. 3. It is admitted to the learned counsel for the petitioners that the reliefs that were sought in previous petition bearing Writ-C No.42630 of 2024 have been agitated in the representation. The aforesaid writ petition was dismissed as not pressed by means of an order dated 20.12.2024 with the liberty to the petitioners to file a representation under a Government Order dated 19.12.2000 against the order dated 24.7.2024 passed by the District Inspector of Schools recognising the Committee of Management of the respondent no.4. 4. The present petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "i) issue writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no.2 (Regional Level Committee) to expedite the representation dated 13.01.2025 of the petitioner (Annexure No.11 to the writ petition) pending before him within set time schedule as directed by this Hon'ble Court." 5. It is the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioners that the matter is pending before the Regional Level Committee, respondent no.2. 6. Since, as stated, the representation was sent to the President of the Regional Level Committee by a registered letter dispatched on 13.1.2025, the respondent no.2 is directed to endeavour to decide the representation moved by the petitioners dated 13.1.2025, that is enclosed as Annexure-11 to the writ petition, if not already decided, expeditiously and preferably within a period of two months from the date a certified copy of the order passed today is placed before the authority. 7.
