State of U.P. and another) arising out of Complaint Case No. 1297 of 2018 (Gajendra Singh Vs. Tanveer Alam) Under Section 138 Negotiable Instrument Act, 1881 Police Station Kotwali Nagar, District Bulandshahar, due to inherent technical defect with liberty to file fresh. 2. Learned AGA has no objection to the same. 3. The present application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid. 4.
