According to the petitioner, R.S.No.214 in Pungampadi Village is a public road and respondent No.8 is squatting on it. The petitioner has given a representation dated 12.3.2024 for removing the said encroachment. 3. We direct respondent No.4 to enquire into the petitioner's representation, after issuing notice to respondent No.8 and other encroachers, if any. If the encroachment is confirmed, the same shall be removed by adhering to due process of law. The entire process shall be completed within a period of four months. 4. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs. (G.R.S.,J.)
