HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE MOHD YOUSUF WANI, JUDGE
O R D E R 14.01.2025
In terms of previous order, the respondent No. 14-Anisa Banoo is present in person. She has submitted in the open Court that she has not been abducted by the respondent No’s 7-13 who are her relatives and has been living at her parental home out of her own choice and will. She has also submitted that she was blackmailed by the petitioner under coercion and influence. Her statement stands recorded by the Registry and the same is taken on record. In the light of the statement of the alleged abductee/confinee, i.e, the respondent No. 14, the instant petition merits dismissal and is, accordingly, dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to seek alternate remedy under law for vindication of his rights.
