ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:
“….to issue a Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents more particularly respondent Nos.1 to 3 in not considering the representations dated 12.04.2024, 20.05.2024, 22.10.2024 submitted by the petitioner for expunge the remarks made by the respondents against the father of petitioner by relying upon the 09.03.1956 Waqf Survey Commissioner Report as the father of the petitioner has sold an extent of Ac.0.05 cents in Survey No.529/A-2A belongs to Jamia Masjid, Proddatrur, YSR Kadapa District through various reports more particularly report vide F.NO.20/IAW/KDP/2012, dated 30.08.2024 by the respondent No.5 even though such extent is in possession of the respondent waqf is illegal, arbitrary, unsustainable in law and violation of principles of natural justice and consequently direct the respondents No.1 to 3 to consider the representations dated 12.04.2024, 20.05.2024, 22.10.2024 submitted by the petitioner forthwith and to remove/ expunge the adverse/ derogatory remarks against the father of petitioner from various reports more particularly report vide F.No.20/lAW/KDP/2012 dated 30.08.2024 by the respondent No.5 and pass such other order or orders …..”
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it will be suffice if a direction is given to respondent authorities to consider the representations dated 12.04.2024, 20.05.2024, 22.10.2024 submitted by the petitioner requesting to expunge the remarks made by the respondents against the father of petitioner by relying upon the Waqf Survey Commissioner Report 09.03.1956, as the father of the petitioner has sold an extent of Ac.0.05 cents in Survey No.529/A-2A belongs to Jamia Masjid, Proddatrur, YSR Kadapa District through various reports more particularly report vide F.NO.20/IAW/KDP/2012, dated 30.08.2024.
4. Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that the representations dated 12.04.2024, 20.05.2024, 22.10.2024 submitted by the petitioner would be considered by the respondent authorities in accordance with law, within a reasonable time.
5. Having regard to the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the respondents, in view of the
facts and circumstances of the case, without touching merits of the case, this Court is of the considered view that the present Writ Petition can be disposed of, directing the respondent authorities, more particularly, respondent Nos. 2 and 3 to consider the representations dated 12.04.2024, 20.05.2024, 22.10.2024 submitted by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders, after providing an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of two (02) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the above said direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
