Prayer for expeditious disposal of Case No. 17001 of 2022 (Kapura Devi vs. Ramjeet Harijan), under Section 12 of Protection of Women From Domestic Violence Act, 2005, Police Station Chiluatal, District Gorakhpur pending in the court of Civil Judge (Junior Division)/F.T.C., Gorakhpur, has been made. 3. The order sheet reveals that the case was filed in 2022 and on most of the dates, the Presiding Officer is on training. 4. The proceedings cannot be lingered on, on account of absence of learned Presiding Officer or he being busy in administrative work or having gone for training. 5. In view of above, learned Sessions Judge, Gorakhpur shall ensure that if for any reason the proceedings of the aforesaid case are not being decided on account of non-availability of the Officer, either appropriate direction shall be issued to the court concerned to take up this matter or it shall be transferred to any other court, where the Officer is available and is able to decide the proceedings. In any case, matter shall be decided by the competent court within six months from the date a certified/ true attested copy of the order is filed before it. The period during which the lawyers remain on strike, shall be excluded. 6. With the aforesaid observations, the application is disposed of.
