Learned counsel for petitioner submits that subsequent to filing of writ petition, as per Chhattisgargh Minor Mineral Ordinary Sand (Quary and Trade) Rules, 2025, supplementary lease agreement has been executed on 12.11.2025, therefore, at this stage, petitioner is not pressing Relief No.10.1 and also the writ petition on merits. He however, submits that petitioner has already submitted a BALRAM PRASAD DEWANGAN Digitally signed by BALRAM PRASAD DEWANGAN Date: 2025.12.03 10:57:17 +0530 2 representation vide Annexure P-7 and Annexure P-9, which is pending consideration before respondent No.4, therefore, a direction be issued to respondent No.4 to take decision on the pending representation. 2. Learned State counsel submits that as petitioner is not pressing this petition on merits and is only seeking a direction to respondent No.4 to take decision on the pending representation, he is having no objection. 3. On due consideration on the submission of learned counsel for respective parties, this writ petition at this stage is disposed of directing respondent No.4 to take decision on the pending representation (Annexure P-7 and Annexure P-9) submitted by petitioner in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within further period of three months from the date of receipt of this order. 4.
