SUTHAR Date : 20/06/2025 ORAL ORDER When the matter is called out, learned advocate for the petitioner is not present however, with the assistance of learned APP, present petition is taken up for hearing. Perusing the record it appears that petition is made seeking direction to the police authority to register the FIR on the basis of written complaint dated 16.05.2023 submitted before the learned Collector, Ahmedabad. It is needless to say that a separate proceeding before the Collector has already been provided by the statute under the Land Grabbing Act and hence, question does not arise to issue any direction in exercise of powers under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India.
