In execution of the bailable warrants issued in pursuance to the previous order passed by this court, the present District Inspector of Schools, Kanpur Nagar is personally present in the Court and has filed a compliance affidavit disclosing that an order dated 05.05.2025 has been passed deciding the claim of the applicant and the bill for payment to the applicant has been sent for approval to the Additional Director of Secondary Education, Government of Uttar Pradesh, Prayagraj. As the claim of the applicant has been decided by the District Inspector of Schools, Kanpur Nagar which is in compliance of the order dated 30.03.2016 passed by this Court in Writ - A No. 13779 of 2016, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt application. The application is disposed of and consigned to records. Notices issued to the opposite parties are discharged. In case, the applicant has any grievance with the order dated 30.03.2016, he has the remedy to challenge the same before the appropriate forum.
