Upon submission of such representation, the respondent No. 3/competent authority shall consider and decide the same, after affording an opportunity of hearing to all stakeholders who may be affected by any order, within an outer limit of 120 days from the date of submission of the representation, in accordance with the relevant rules and the law applicable to the petitioner’s case. \ Sd/- (Sachin Singh Rajput) Judge H.Ansari
