The prayer made in the acquittal appeal filed along-with the petition shows that he seeks a direction to set aside the impugned judgment dated 03.12.2024 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Bilaspur, District - Bilaspur (C.G.) in Criminal Case No. 2840/2018 by which the respondent/accused was acquitted of the charge under Sections 279, 337, 294, 323 & 506 Part -II of IPC in HEERA LAL SAHU Digitally signed by HEERA LAL SAHU Date: 2025.12.04 17:09:31 +0530 2 connection with Crime No. 222/2018, registered at police station – City Kotwali, District – Bilaspur (C.G.). 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he wants to withdraw this petition with liberty to file appropriate application before appropriate Court. 3. Prayer is allowed. 4. Accordingly, the CRMP is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. 5. Registry shall return the certified copy of the impugned judgment/order and relevant documents to counsel for the petitioner after retaining the photocopy of the same. 6.
