THIS WRIT PETITION IS FILED UNDER ARTICLES 226 AND 227 OF THE CONSTITUTION OF INDIA PRAYING TO KINDLY ISSUE A WRIT IN THE NATURE OF MANDAMUS DIRECTING THE RESPONDENTS TO DISPOSE OF THE REPRESENTATIONS FILED BY THE PETITIONER DATED. 05.04.2021 AND 02.02.2024, VIDE ANNEXURE-D AND F, IN ACCORDANCE WITH LAW AND DIRECT THE RESPONDENTS TO CONSIDER THE REPRESENTATIONS FILED BY PETITIONER. THIS WRIT PETITION, COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING, THIS DAY, ORDER WAS MADE THEREIN AS UNDER:
ORAL ORDER

1. The petitioner is before this Court seeking the following prayer: A) Kindly issue a Writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the Respondents to dispose of the representations filed by the petitioner dated 05.04.2021 and 02.02.2024, vide Annexure- D and F, in accordance with law and direct the respondents to consider the representations filed by petitioner. B) Kindly grant any other order or reliefs as deemed fit in the facts and circumstances of the case in hand. 2. The petitioner submits a representation on 02.04.2024 owing to an order passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.108889/2014. The petitioner then also invokes the contempt jurisdiction of this Court on the score that the representation has not merited consideration, which would clearly indicate that the petitioner has been before this Court in

several proceedings.
Therefore, the representations so submitted on 05.04.2021 and 02.02.2024, which were pursuant to the orders passed by the Co-ordinate Benches of this Court must necessarily merit consideration in accordance with law. 3. In view of the fact that the aforesaid representations have been pending consideration for the past 3 to 4 years, therefore I deem it appropriate to direct the respondent–State to consider and dispose of the same within an outer limit of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. It is made clear this Court has not proceeded upon the merit of the claim of the petitioner. Ordered accordingly. Sd/- (M.NAGAPRASANNA) JUDGE
