Petitioner is aggrieved by recovery certificate issued by Tehsildar, Kaladungi, District Nainital for recovery of ₹1,11,924/-. According to him, he took a loan of ₹42,500/- from Minority Welfare and Waqf Development Corporation Uttarakhand in the year 2006 and he deposited certain amount, but thereafter due to some personal problem, he could not repay the loan, therefore, Corporation has now issued a recovery certificate. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is ready and willing to repay the loan for which he needs some reasonable time. 5. Learned State Counsel, however, submits that if petitioner has any grievance, then he may have made representation to respondent no. 3 for redressal of his grievance. 6. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of by permitting the petitioner to make representation to respondent no. 3. If petitioner makes representation within one week from today, Secretary, Minority Welfare and Waqf Development 2025:UHC:8504 Corporation Uttarakhand shall take decision thereupon, within four weeks thereafter. For a period of two weeks, no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioner.
