With respect to the transfer of the investigation, it is contended that the same has been completed and the charge-sheet is likely to be filed. 2. At this stage, the Court is not persuaded to transfer the investigation. However, leaves it open to the petitioner to raise all the issues before the Court of competent jurisdiction, if according to him there are any aspect which requires to be reinvestigated. Let that plea be considered by the concerned Court in accordance with law. 3. With respect to providing the security is concerned, the petitioner is granted liberty to approach the Witness Protection Committee of the concerned State. 4.
