1. Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:-
“i. That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to remove the bore well infront of constructed shop of petitioner. 2 ii. That, any other relief which this Hon’ble Court deems fit and proper may also kindly be granted to the petitioner in the interest of justice along with cost of the petition.”
2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner is a widow lady. The officials of Public Health Department along with members of Gram Panchayat has dug a bore well in front of land of petitioner which is the open space left for main gate. Act of choosing the place for digging bore-well is with ill intention of the villagers against which petitioner filed a representation before the respondent No.1 Collector on
10.10.225. However, no action has been taken till date. Therefore, learned counsel prays for a direction to respondent No.1-Collector to take decision on petitioner’s representation and remove the bore well dug in front of under construction house of petitioner. 3. Learned Panel Lawyer for the State would submit that as the petitioner has already submitted representation before the respondent No.1-Collector and is seeking only a direction against respondent No.1 to take decision on his pending representation in accordance with law, he is having no objection. 4. Heard learned counsel for respective parties and perused the documents on record. 3
5.
Considering the facts of case, nature of grievance raised and further that representation for redressal of grievance as raised in this writ petition, is already pending before respondent No.1 Collector, in stead of entering into merits of the case, I find it appropriate to dispose of this writ petition at this stage by issuing direction to respondent No.1 Collector. 6. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to respondent No.1-Collector to take decision on pending representation of petitioner dated 10.10.2025 in accordance with law, expeditiously preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of order. 7.
