Mr. Ankit Prakash, learned advocate appears on behalf of respondent nos.8 and 9 and submits, the recall application was filed out of time. 3. There is no dispute at the Bar that it is a recall application. Respondent no.9 is directed to expeditiously deal with the application upon noticing parties. We expect the application to be dealt with by 13th June, 2025 as Mr. Raj Vanshi submits, the recovery proceedings is adjourned to 17th June, 2025. Petitioner will communicate by 4th June, 2025. 4.
