No.378 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 302/34 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned Additional Judicial Commissioner -X, Ranchi. Petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the mother of the informant by a sharp cutting weapon, due to which she succumbed to her injuries.
