Mr. H.L. Shangreiso, learned Senior counsel assisted by Mr. T. Dkhar, learned counsel has entered appearance today on behalf of the respondent No. 4, as such notice is complete on all the respondents. 2. Mr. T.T. Diengdoh, learned Senior counsel assisted by Mr. C.C.T. Sangma, learned counsel for the respondents Nos. 1, 2 & 3, has submitted at the bar that as the matter concerns only the creation of a new Village known as South Rangasora, perhaps the matter can be taken up at the level of the respondent No. 4. (Syiem of Maharam). 3. Mr. H.L. Shangreiso, learned Senior counsel for the respondent No. 4, also has no objection to the suggestion and submits that on the application being put before the respondent No. 4. (Syiem of Maharam), the same will be considered in accordance with law and customs. 4. As such, in view of the submission made by the respondent No. 4, the petitioner is directed to file an appropriate application before 2026:MLHC:97 the respondent, who shall dispose of the same in accordance with law and prevalent customs. 5.
