A compliance affidavit has been filed by the opposite party disclosing that an order dated 26.07.2023 has been passed by the District Basic Education Officer, Farrukhabad, i,e., the opposite party deciding and rejecting the claim of the applicant for compassionate appointment. As the order passed by the Writ Court has been complied by the opposite party, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt application. The application is disposed of and consigned to records. Notice issued to the opposite party is discharged. The applicant has the remedy to challenge the order dated 26.07.2023 on merits before appropriate forum.
