Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to pursue the representation filed before the respondent authority.

4. The petitioner is allowed to pursue the representation already filed before the respondent authority and in the eventuality the respondent authority shall consider the same.
5. Accordingly, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty granted in favour of the petitioner.
