JUSTICE M.NAGAPRASANNA) 1. The petitioner is before this Court seeking the following prayer: A. Set aside the impugned order passed by the 4th respondent in Sam/Kam/Em A G/35/2024-25 dated. 10.01.2025 at Annexure-F. B. Pass such other order or direction, this Hon’ble Court deems fit in the circumstances of the case. 2. Heard the learned counsel Sri.Gurubasavaraj S.M., appearing for petitioner and learned AGA-Sri.T.Hanumareddy, appearing for respondents. 3. The petitioners are the plaintiffs in O.S.No.8 of 2025. An order is passed by the concerned Civil Court directing the parties not to alienate the property. On the strength of the said direction, it appears that the parties to the lis have ended up in a squabble. The squabble has resulted in registration of a case and a counter case by the petitioners and against the petitioners. 4. In the teeth of the said circumstances, the jurisdictional Tahasildar has opined that police protection should be accorded for maintenance of status quo with respect to the property. That is what is challenged by the petitioner before this Court. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC-D:14875 WP No. 103694 of 2025 5. The petitioner, being the plaintiff, has a remedy before the Civil Court to seek modification of the order or seek police protection, as the case would be. The State having taken a step in the teeth of the case and counter case being registered against the petitioner and by the petitioner, no fault can be found with the said action.
