1. The petitioner has filed this writ petition with the following prayers:-
“10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for entire records pertaining to the case of the petitioner. 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to consider name of the petitioner after excluding him from Paribhraman and to give promotion on the post of Headmaster as he is fully eligible and fulfills all other criteria. 10.3 That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondents to consider and decide the representations. 10.4 That, any other relief/order which may deem fit and just in the facts and circumstances of the case including award of the cost of the petition may be given.”

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that by efflux of time, the instant petition has become infructuous.
3. Learned State counsel concurs with the said submission.
4. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands dismissed as having rendered infructuous.
