The present application has been filed for quashing the impugned order dated 09.12.2024 passed by Judicial Magistrate/Additional Civil Judge (J.D.)- II, Court No.2, Meerut in Case No. 2523 of 2020, arising out of Case Crime No.202 of 2013, under Sections 498A, 323, 506 IPC and 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station Mahila Thana, District Meerut. 3. At the very outset, a request is made by learned counsel for the applicant that he does not want to quash the impugned proceeding and a direction may be issued to the trial court to conclude the proceeding of the aforesaid case expeditiously. 4. Considering the aforesaid request, the present application is disposed of with direction to the trial court to conclude the trial of the Case No. 2523 of 2020, arising out of Case Crime No.202 of 2013, under Sections 498A, 323, 506 IPC and 3/4 D.P.
