The petitioner is aggrieved by marks awarded to him in the subject Mathematics in the Intermediate Examination-2025 conducted by the Board of High School and Intermediate Education, U.P. 2. It is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner that under the relevant rules a process for re-evaluation of the answer- sheet of the subject Mathematics is available to the petitioner. 3. In my opinion, once there is a process provided under the rules for re-evaluation of the answer-sheet of the Intermediate Examination-2025, which can be duly availed of by the petitioner, no cause for interference is made out. 4.
