The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari for quashing the impugned order 25.04.2025 passed by Additional Commissioner (Judicial), Vindhyachal Mandal, District Mirzapur in Case No. 580 of 2023 (Computerise Case No. C202316000000580) (Chairman Bhumi Prabandak Samiti Daulatabad Vs. Ram Lalit and others), Under Section 210 of U.P. Revenue code, 2006 (Annexed as Annexure No. 6 to this writ Petition)." 3. Learned Standing Counsel has raised a preliminary objection that the petitioner has an alternative remedy of filing revision against the order impugned before the Board of Revenue. 4. Since the petitioner has an alternative remedy, I am not inclined to entertain the instant petition. 5. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy as available to him under law. 6.
