Sri Prakash Tripathi, learned counsel for the petitioner has not turned up. 4. Present writ petition has been preferred for quashing the First Information Report dated 17.04.2025, registered as Case Crime No.316 of 2025, under sections 323, 376, 506, IPC, section 67-A of I.T. (Amendment) Act, 2008 and section 3(2)(v), 3(1)(da), 3(1) (dha) of SC/ST Act, Police Station Majhola, District Moradabad. Further prayer has been made not to arrest the petitioner in pursuance of the impugned F.I.R. 5. Sri Saurabh Pratap Singh, learned counsel for the informant on the instructions states that in the instant matter petitioner has already been arrested on 17.05.2025. 6. Considering the factual situation as the petitioner has already arrested, we find that no cause of action survives. 7. Accordingly, the writ petition has rendered as infructuous. (Anil Kumar-X,J.)
