In pursuance to the previous order passed by this Court, the Standing Counsel has filed a compliance affidavit of the opposite party disclosing that an order dated 30.12.2023 has been passed by the District Magistrate, Lalitpur deciding the representation of the applicant as directed in the order dated 19.4.2023. The said compliance affidavit is taken on record. As the order passed by the writ Court has been complied by the opposite party, no further orders are required to be passed. The contempt application is disposed of. Notices are discharged. Let the file be consigned to record. The applicant has the remedy to challenge the order dated 30.12.2023 passed by the opposite party before appropriate forum on merits.
