State Micro and Small Enterprise Facilitation Council to decide Case No.UDYAM-UP-54-0029880/M/00003 of 2023 (Prabhart Rotopack Pvt. Ltd Managing Director Umesh Kumar Agarwal vs. U.P. State Micro and Small Enterprise Facilitation Council & Anr.), in accordance with law, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 3.
