Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.G.A. for the State- respondents and perused the material brought on the record. 2. By means of the instant petition, the petitioner has prayed for following principal reliefs:- "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the order dated 03.03.2025 passed by the Additional Police Commissioner, Agra (Annexure No.1). (ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and direct the respondents not to give effect to the impugned order dated 03.03.2025 passed by the Additional Police Commissioner, Agra against the petitioner." 3. Learned A.G.A. states that the petitioner has an efficacious remedy of filing an appeal and he states that if any appeal is filed, the same shall be decided expeditiously. Learned counsel for the petitioner however states that no appeal till date has been filed. 4. Under such circumstances, we provide that if appeal is filed within a week from today, then without going into the question of limitation the appeal shall be decided expeditiously. If any application for interim relief is filed, the same shall be decided within a period of three weeks from the filing of the appeal. 5. It is is provided that till the disposal of the stay application, no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioner. 6. The writ petition is accordingly, disposed of. (Anil Kumar-X,J.)
