The petitioners have prayed for a direction to the respondents to mutate their name as legal heirs over plot no. 204, Plan-E, Sujatganj, Kanpur in place of their father (since deceased) and deliver possession and execute lease deed of the said plot. 2. Sri J.N. Maurya, learned counsel appearing for the respondent- Development Authority, very fairly states that in case the mutation application is still pending, the same shall be decided expeditiously. The other prayers shall be considered if mutation is allowed. 3. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of by providing that in case the mutation application dated 27.10.2021 is still pending, the same will be decided by the Development Authority within six weeks from the date of communication of the instant order after hearing all concerned.
